William Watters

William Watters has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, including a decade at Almac Group where roles included Group Leader, Proposal Lead, and Isotope Chemistry Manager. In these positions, William managed multiple projects for First in Man studies, oversaw a team of radiochemists on the synthesis of carbon-14 labeled active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and prepared customer proposals. Prior to Almac Group, William worked as a chemist at Tocris Bioscience, focusing on organic chemistry and custom synthesis projects. William holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Chemistry from the University of Dundee and a Doctorate in Natural Product Synthesis from the University of Ulster.
