Justin Woods

Justin Woods began their career in 2002 as a Manufacturing Engineer (Co-Op) at Amana. In 2004, they moved to Fort Dodge Animal Health as a Lean Implementation Specialist, developing and implementing continuous improvement projects and educating staff on continuous improvement concepts. In 2005, they joined TeamATI as a Team Admin, managing team activities and providing graphics and video design. In 2008, they joined ALMACO as Director of IT and Quality, overseeing the IT and Quality teams, and then moved to Director of Engineering, leading a high functioning group of engineers. Justin also held the role of Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for quality management, setting the company's quality vision, and implementing quality improvements. Justin concluded their tenure at ALMACO as a CI/Manufacturing Engineer.

Justin Woods obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University in 2003. In 2005, they obtained a Green Belt Certification from Fort Dodge Animal Health in July. In 2016, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance in October.
