They previously held leadership roles at Almarai, including Team Manager and Team Leader, where they focused on quality process improvements and training staff on quality policies. Jitendra has also worked in various technical roles within the dairy industry, including positions at Amul and Bhole Baba Milk Food Industries. They are the founder of the BadaDream Educational Foundation and are currently enhancing their qualifications as a certified lead auditor. Jitendra holds multiple degrees in Dairy Technology and relevant certifications in quality management systems.
