Robert Durham, ARM, CAM, CAS, IROP, has extensive experience in multi-family management and property oversight, currently serving as a Partner and Professional Speaker at Trimark Advisors, Inc. since January 2009. In addition to managing two assets with a total of 62 units, Robert has held various roles in the property management sector, including Account Executive/Speaker at ALN Apartment Data, Inc., and Private Consultant at Apartment Inspection Company, where responsibilities included marketing and asset acquisition due diligence.
