R&D Manager at ALOHA

Amanda Gordon, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amanda started their career as a R&D Intern at Kraft Foods Group in 2008. Subsequently, they served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Amanda then joined Kraft Foods Group again and held various roles, including Associate Engineer I and II, where they worked on product R&D for pasta salads and liquid meals. In their role as an Associate Engineer II, they were responsible for moving production of multiple SKUs externally and served as the key contact for manufacturing facilities.

In 2016, Amanda joined Boulder Brands as a R&D Product Lifecycle Management Process Engineer, before being promoted to the position of Senior Food Scientist. Their final position at the company was R&D Manager - Plant Based.

Amanda is currently working at ALOHA as the R&D Manager.

Amanda Gordon, PMP, pursued their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. After completing their undergraduate studies, Amanda went on to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2023.
