Aileen O'Reilly is the Head of Research, Evaluation, and Policy at ALONE, where they lead a team in developing and implementing strategic frameworks for evidence-based decision-making. With over 15 years of experience, Aileen has guided multidisciplinary teams and managed impactful research initiatives, previously serving as Research & Evaluation Manager at Jigsaw - The National Centre for Youth Mental Health. They hold a PhD in Psychology from University College Dublin, where they also contributed as a lecturer and supervisor. Aileen has published research in prominent journals and is committed to advancing policy development through reliable evidence and innovation.
