Eddie Matthews

Eddie Matthews possesses extensive experience in health service planning and social care, currently serving as Vice-Chairperson at ALONE and as a Director at Blanchardstown Hospital Society. Since June 2011, Eddie has held the position of Health and Social Care Specialist at Amica Solutions, addressing critical issues such as homelessness, addiction, and elderly care. Eddie also contributes as Chairperson of the Ana Liffey Drug Project and has served on several boards, including Coolmine Therapeutic Community and Respond SUPPORT. Previous roles include a National Planning Specialist at HSE, where Eddie led the development of strategies for older persons and substance misuse. Educational background includes studies at Beneavin College.
