Rachael Hardiman has extensive experience in various roles focusing on youth services, social care administration, and education. From November 2013 to March 2020, Rachael served as a Project Leader/Developer at Kildare Youth Services, working with young people aged 12 to 25. Previous roles include serving as a Social Care Administrator at Nua Healthcare Services and a Designated Safeguarding and Complaints Officer at Nua Healthcare. Rachael also worked as a Clerical Officer in A&E at Naas General Hospital and provided administrative support at Castledermot Parish Office. Experience in education includes positions as a substitute teacher at Scoil Chonglais and Scoil Iomhgain Rathangan.
