Mesut Öner has a diverse work experience in various roles within the field of project management, call center operations, reporting, and application specialization. Mesut started their career in 2007 as a Call Center Specialist at Teknosa, where they worked until 2009. From 2012 to 2014, they held positions such as Reporting Analyst at Anadolu Çağrı Merkezi and Santral Uygulama Uzmanı at Webhelp. In 2014, they joined AloTech Communication as a Helpdesk Supervisor and continued in that role until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Business Application Specialist at IC Ictas - Astaldi JV. Following this, they joined EPT Ticaret ve Sanal Mağazacılık A.Ş as a Call Center reporting manager from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Project Director at both AloTech and Call Center Studio since 2022.
