Stephanie Webb

Stephanie Webb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephanie is currently the Head of Leadership and Learning at Alotten Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Customer and Talent Enablement at DISCO from January 2020 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Talent Development and Performance at Cherry Bekaert LLP from August 2019 to January 2020. Stephanie also served as the Senior Director of Learning & Organizational Development at SolarWinds from August 2015 to August 2019. Before their tenure at SolarWinds, Stephanie had a successful career at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, where they held various positions including Senior Manager from September 2012 to July 2015 and Manager from March 2006 to October 2012. Stephanie also worked as a Manager at BearingPoint, which was acquired by Deloitte Consulting, from March 2006 to May 2009. Stephanie began their career at ICF International as a Senior Associate from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at the Partnership for Public Service from 2001 to 2004, where they helped launch a new think tank and provided consulting services on human capital strategy. Stephanie's early experience includes serving as an International Program Manager at the International Association of Food Industry Suppliers from 1997 to 1999.

Stephanie Webb has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature from William & Mary. Stephanie also holds an MBA from American University, with a focus on Human Resource Management and Finance. Furthermore, Stephanie completed training at the Coaches Training Institute, specializing in Co-active Coaching. In addition to their degrees and training, they obtained certification in Leadership Effectiveness Analysis 360 from MRG (Management Research Group) in March 2023.
