Benjamin DeVoe has extensive work experience in customer success, sales, and account management. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Digital Content Manager at Launch Digital Marketing. In 2012, they moved to Global Business Reports as an International Salesperson. Benjamin then moved to Wealth-X in 2013 as an Account Manager for EMEA & ASEAN. In 2015, they were an Account & Client Manager at Coleman Research. In 2016, they became the Head of Client Service at NewtonX. In 2017, they were a Customer Success & Account Manager at KeepTruckin. In 2018, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at Fulcrum Hire. In 2020, they were a Customer Success at Salesmsg. Currently, they are a Director of Client Experience, Senior CX Lead, and Enterprise CX Manager at Aloware.

Benjamin DeVoe attended Georgetown University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Foreign Service with a focus in International Relations and Affairs. During their time at Georgetown, they also obtained an SFS Modern Language Proficiency Certification in German in August 2007. In 2008, they attended The American University in Cairo for an International Program, focusing on Arabic, History, and Middle Eastern Studies. In 2007, they attended Universität Trier for an International Program, focusing on Germanics.
