Previously, ALPEN specialized in weatherproof bike storage "capsules" for consumers, which evolved into solutions for luxury apartment buildings, serving notable clients like JBG Smith and Avalon Bay. With a commitment to promoting biking as a sustainable mode of transportation, Eric Pearson has held various financial roles, including Director of Acquisitions at Cascade Capital Management and Senior Investment Officer at Olympus Property. Eric Pearson graduated with a BA in Political Science from Princeton University.
