Alfredo Suarez

Alfredo Suarez is the Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer for Newbuilding & Innovation at Royal Caribbean Group, where they focus on M&A, joint ventures, and environmental strategy. They have served as a Senior Vice President at Royal Caribbean and have extensive experience as a Partner in EY’s Transaction Advisory Services. Currently, Alfredo is a board member for both Junior Achievement of South Florida and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, promoting financial literacy and diversity in the business community. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame while holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Southern Methodist University and completing the Blue Ocean Strategy Programme at INSEAD.
