Benjamin Lazcano is a member of Latinos at UMich and serves as a project team member at The Michigan Marketing Collective since September 2025. In January 2025, Benjamin became an analyst at ALPFA Inc - Association of Latino Professionals For America and joined the Social Media Committee at the Michigan Music Business Club and the consulting team at NOBE at Michigan. Previously, Benjamin worked as a mechanical design engineer at Florida Gulf Coast University, where skills in research and design contributed to the Sunchase solar go-kart competition. As a lead design engineer for the Conrad Challenge, an innovative electronic trash can project earned a second-place finish. Benjamin is pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, having graduated from Gulliver Preparatory School in 2024.
