Lorena Alvarez is pursuing a BSBA in Economics and Strategy with a minor in Business Analytics at Washington University in St. Louis. They serve as Founder and President of WashU’s ALPFA chapter and are a Teaching Assistant for MKT 3150 at the Olin Business School. They previously completed a Financial and Human Resources Operations Internship at East Aurora School District 131 in 2024 and were a Regulatory Intern at Cboe Global Markets in 2025. They also participated in the L.E.K. Kaleidoscope Undergraduate Program in 2024 and were a Scholar with Greenwood Project from 2024 to 2025, in addition to serving as a Washington University Student Associate (WUSA) and Danforth University Center Student Associate during 2023–2024.
