Sofia Alvarez-Gonzalez, a sophomore at Vanderbilt University and a Posse Scholar, hails from Houston and is passionate about finance, particularly in real estate investing. They have gained valuable experience as a finance intern at Langley & Banack, Inc., a real estate summer analyst at Sotheby's International Realty, and a project intern at MoVi. Currently, Sofia holds the position of VP of Membership Experience with ALPFA Inc and is actively involved with the Junior Rodeo Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Sofia is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Human and Organizational Development, with a minor in Spanish, and has earned an IB Diploma.
