Alpha 1C provides consulting services addressing both the strategic & financial issues facing pharma marketers and senior management. For over 15 years, our services have focused on optimizing the marketing and sales spending for companies of all sizes.

We are known as "The Copay Program Optimization Company" and provide a full range of optimization services including program planning, tracking and claims auditing. Given the significant spend on copay in the industry, our optimization solutions are referred to as “Copay Program Insurance” – ensuring that programs are designed and executed properly and are achieving the desired goals and objectives.

We have a three-step process specifically tailored to optimizing patient copay programs including:

1.	Goals Based Copay Program Optimization Modeling
2.	Brand Tracking Dashboards – With "Guided Analysis"
3.	Copay Claims Audits

Our optimization approach is flexible and customized for each client and answers key questions such as:

•	What is the optimal copay offer to put into market given brand goals and objectives?
•	How is my copay program and my brand performing?
•	Is my program being executed as planned?

We work with companies of all sizes, from start-ups to the largest pharma companies in the world. Clients choose to work with Alpha 1C because of our comprehensive & strategic approach to the optimization of marketing spend.
