Rishabh Jain currently serves as a Buy Side - Structured Credit professional at Alpha Alternatives, focusing on Private Credit Transactions across the Deal Life Cycle since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rishabh accumulated over nine years of experience at Deloitte India, progressing from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions, specializing in various aspects of deal execution and business restructuring. Previously, Rishabh held the position of Deputy Manager - Corporate Tax at Bajaj Hindusthan Limited, managing tax-related engagements, and has also worked as a Tax Assistant at Shankarlal Jain & Associates, along with serving as an Article Assistant at S.S. Jhunjhunwala & Co., where foundational auditing skills were developed. Rishabh holds a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from the University of Mumbai.
