Markus Schmidt

Markus Schmidt has over 20 years of experience in sales and account management in the electronics industry. Markus is currently serving as the Global Strategic Account Director at MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions since 2017. Prior to that, they held various roles at Alpha and Cookson Electronics, including Sales Director Automotive Electronics Europe, Global OEM Account Manager, and Six Sigma Black Belt. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Regional Sales Director Central Europe at Cookson Electronics Assembly Materials.

Markus Schmidt pursued an MBA in Economics and Management from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, from 1989 to 1991, they attended the Verwaltungs- Wirtschaftsakademie Nürnberg (VWA), where they completed their MBA with a focus on Economics and Management.
