Athanasios Koukoulas

Athanasios Koukoulas is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operations and employee benefits management. Currently serving as HR Operations Team Leader at Alpha Bank since April 2023, Athanasios ensures compliance with employee benefits policies and oversees recruitment and employment contracts for the Bank and its Group Companies. Previously, Athanasios worked at Samsung Electronics as HR Generalist and HR & GA Coordinator, where responsibilities included payroll processes, HR systems management, and employee support. Athanasios also has experience in customer service and operations management across various industries. Athanasios holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Attica.
