Larry Carter

Larry Carter possesses extensive experience in technical and specialized roles across various organizations. Since August 1996, Larry has served as an Engineering Technician at Alpha Technologies. Prior to this role, Larry worked as a Satellite and Wideband Communications Specialist with the Washington Air National Guard from June 1994 to June 1998. Larry's early career includes serving as an Optometrist's Assistant at Bellingham Vision Clinic from December 1992 to March 1996, NCOIC of the Optometry Clinic at Weed Army Community Hospital while in the US Army from 1987 to 1992, and as an Electrician's Mate in the US Navy from July 1979 to June 1985.
