Rose Pippen

Rose Pippen is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and product engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Product Engineer and System Administrator at Alpha Technologies since May 2014, Rose is responsible for enhancing performance and reliability of servers and engineering solutions to complex application problems. Previous roles at Alpha Technologies include Manager of Technical Operations, where Rose managed a team and improved processes for customer solutions, as well as Technical Support Engineer and Operations Support Specialist, providing essential technical support and troubleshooting. Additionally, Rose contributed to the community as a Volunteer Assistant IT Instructor and Fundraiser Organizer at Godby Road Recreational Center, educating the elderly on Microsoft products and organizing fundraising efforts. Rose holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University and an Associate of Science from Atlanta Metropolitan College.
