Sunanth Vikram serves as the Head of Digital Automation at Alpha Data since May 2021, overseeing the Automation Practice, which includes a technology portfolio featuring Agentic AI. Prior to this role, Sunanth held the position of Program Manager focused on the delivery of Digital Transformation Projects. With experience at Samsung SDS from April 2014 to April 2021 as an IT Project Manager, Sunanth managed programs designed for Samsung Electronics across the MENA Region, including EDI implementation and mobile POS/ERP systems. Sunanth also worked as a Technical Lead at ISYX Technologies and as an IT Consultant at Logica, where responsibilities included project management, team coordination, and agile methodologies. Sunanth began the career as a Senior Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam, contributing to technical design and quality assurance activities. Sunanth holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Annamalai University.
