Vikas Dwivedi is a Technology Evangelist and System Architect with over 18 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, project management, and system administration, particularly within the banking sector. They currently serve as a System Architect at Alpha Data and have previously held positions at prominent companies such as Bank of America and Microsoft. Vikas has a strong background in customer collaboration, communication, and multi-cloud expertise, encompassing both Microsoft and AWS platforms. They hold two patents in automation and are certified in Six Sigma and ITIL. Vikas completed a Bachelor of Information Technology from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and has a 10+2 degree from The Air Force School.
