Gemma Jones has extensive work experience in business development and sales roles. Gemma most recently worked as a Business Development Director at Alpha Development, starting in June 2023. In 2013, they obtained an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy from iTEC. Gemma further expanded their skills with a Certificate in Sports Massage from CThA (The Professional Association For Complementary, SPA & SportsTherapists) in 2014.

More recently, Gemma has pursued additional professional development opportunities. In 2021, they completed two courses: "Creating Change: Diversity and Inclusion in the Tech Industry" offered by LinkedIn, and "Inclusive Female Leadership" also provided by LinkedIn.
