Nisha Santhar

Nisha Santhar has over ten years of experience in programme management, policy advocacy, and multi-sectoral collaboration, specializing in the design and delivery of impactful learning and development initiatives. Nisha served as an Assistant Project Officer at the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, a Communications Officer at Women's Aid Organisation, and a Senior Programme Officer at ARROW, where they led significant projects and facilitated policy advocacy. Currently, Nisha is a Programme Manager at Alpha Development, managing high-impact training programmes and enhancing workforce capabilities. Nisha earned a Master’s degree in Social & Public Policy from the University of York and holds two other master’s degrees in Sociology & English Literature and Communication.
