Robert Conlon

Robert Conlon has a strong background in executive development and training. Robert is currently working as the Global Head of Leadership for Alpha Development, a role they started in 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Global Head of Executive Development at Euromoney Learning Solutions from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing client solutions, selecting trainers, and ensuring the quality of training materials in the professional and financial services market. Before joining Euromoney, Robert worked at DC Gardner Training as the Global Head of Executive Development from 2006 to 2021. At DC Gardner, they designed, trained, and managed courses for professionals worldwide. Robert also held the position of Course Director at DC Gardner from 2006 to 2014. Additionally, Robert worked as a Course Director at Euromoney Training from 2007 to 2021 and as a Relationship Management Consultant at Barclays Wealth from 2006 to 2009.

Robert Conlon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Sussex between 1990 and 1993. Robert further pursued their education at The University of Manchester and obtained a Master's degree in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology from 1996 to 1998.
