Alpha EdTech is an educational innovation initiative created by the Instituto Alpha Lumen, dedicated to the accelerated training of software developers and technology professionals, connecting high-potential talent to the digital economy.

By combining excellence in technology education, social impact, and direct engagement with industry, Alpha EdTech operates as a market-oriented code academy, preparing professionals to work in strategic areas of the digital economy.

Our training model is immersive and project-based, enabling participants to develop technical and professional skills while working on real challenges from the technology sector. The program includes training in programming, software development, agile methodologies, technical English, and soft skills, as well as mentorship from experienced industry professionals.

Alpha EdTech is part of the educational and innovation ecosystem of the Instituto Alpha Lumen, an organization recognized for developing advanced educational programs and science and technology initiatives for young talents. This connection allows us to integrate education, innovation, and social impact, expanding opportunities for individuals from socioeconomically vulnerable backgrounds who aspire to build careers in technology.

Our mission is to transform talent into opportunity—helping reduce the shortage of qualified technology professionals in Brazil while promoting social mobility through education and innovation.

Companies, mentors, and partner organizations are welcome to collaborate with us in shaping the next generation of talent for the digital economy.
