With buyers, I help maximize “the deal” by focusing on appreciation and cashflow (Cap Rate or ROI). With Sellers, I sell quickly and above market because I provide in-depth analyses of the property I’m asked to list, and its comparables (much more than your average CMA) as well as point out minimal changes that add maximum value.
