Lance Ream

Lance Ream has extensive experience in financial leadership and accounting, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Alpha Imaging, LLC since January 2012, one of the largest independent distributors of medical imaging equipment in the United States. Prior to this role, Lance was CFO of InMed Diagnostic Services, LLC, where advanced imaging services were offered across several states. Lance co-founded Ream CPA, PLLC, focusing on accounting solutions for start-ups and closely-held businesses. Furthermore, Lance held the CFO position at EJB World Trade, LLC, overseeing financial services for a diverse portfolio. Lance began their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Business, and Economics from Muskingum University in 1997.
