Arnoud Drop

Arnoud Drop has had a varied work experience. Arnoud began their career in 2006 as a Financieel Adviseur/ Accountmanager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Arnoud then held various roles at the bank, including Kantoordirecteur in Waddinxveen and Zoetermeer Quirinegang & Pijnacker, and Mijn Bank Directeur. In 2013, they became a Senior Management Consultant for Payments, Cash & Cards at ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

In 2014, Arnoud joined Alpha Nederland as the Directeur-Bestuurder. Arnoud played a crucial role in evangelizing the Netherlands, revitalizing the church, and transforming society. Arnoud'sresponsibilities included serving and equipping the church in its mission to share and make followers of Jesus Christ. Arnoud's dream was to reach one million people in the Netherlands with the gospel of Jesus Christ through Alpha by 2036.

In 2021, Arnoud took on a new challenge as a Militair (Nationale Reserve) at Koninklijke Landmacht. Arnoud served in this role until 2022.

More recently, in 2021, Arnoud started working at Alpha International. Arnoud held multiple roles, including Co-lead of the Global Emerging Leaders Cohort, where they invested in talented church-facing staff and developed future leaders within the Global Alpha family. In their current role as Global Director of National Office Development since 2023, Arnoud is responsible for shaping and expanding Alpha's national offices worldwide.

Arnoud Drop completed their Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics, specializing in HEAO, at Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2002, they attended Christelijke Scholen Gemeenschap Aquamarijn, where they completed their HAVO degree with a focus on Economics and Society.

In addition to their formal education, Arnoud Drop obtained certification as a Birkman Certified Professional from Birkman in October 2021.
