Todd Friedenberg is responsible for sourcing new sponsor relationships and evaluating investment opportunities for Alpha Investing.

Todd is President of Q10 | Vista Commercial Mortgage Group and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in finance, brokerage and valuation consulting. He was previously a Vice-President with GE Commercial Finance and Column Financial, and has served as a commercial mortgage banker since 1990 in Nashville, Tennessee. He has arranged debt and equity financing for commercial real estate projects totaling well over $2 Billion since 1990.
