Nick Collins

Nick Collins has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management roles. Nick is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Alpha Lion since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition - US at Grover from 2022 to 2023, where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the USA. At Nutrabolt, from 2021 to 2022, Nick was the Lead Recruiter and was responsible for full cycle recruiting and sourcing. Before that, at Bodybuilding.com, they held multiple positions including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Employment Branding, Manager of Talent Acquisition, Recruiter, and Temporarily Associate Recruiter. Their earlier experience includes working as a Sales Team Lead at Oakley from 2013 to 2016. Throughout their career, Nick has demonstrated strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement capabilities.

Nick Collins attended the College of Western Idaho from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Communication. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they attended Utah Valley University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP Company.
