Prior to their current position, Lyn was the Head of People at Your Housing Group, where they were responsible for developing and embedding the company's employee culture. Lyn also spent six years at dnata, where they held various positions including HR Director and interim HR Director. In their role as HR Director, Lyn was responsible for ensuring all strategic people-related initiatives at dnata were aligned with the company's values.
