Bart Stichter began their career in the construction industry at the age of 18 and has specialized in plumbing and pipefitting since 1998. They completed an apprenticeship in 2003, quickly advancing to a foreman position. Bart has accumulated extensive experience, including seven years at Alpha Mechanical and a tenure at Countywide Mechanical Systems from 2007 to 2023. Since 2018, they have also served as a plumbing and pipefitting instructor at the ABC - Associated Builders and Contractors of San Diego. Currently, Bart is the Plumbing and Pipefitting Superintendent at Alpha Mechanical, following a role as General Superintendent of the Plumbing Division at Heffler Contracting Group.
