Ruby Heredia, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Ruby most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, where they were responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and more. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Infineon Technologies, providing full-cycle HR support for the HiRel Business Line. Ruby also worked as an HR Business Partner at Lumentum, where they implemented HR programs and processes and supported recruitment and employee development. Their earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Supervisor at Vishay Intertechnology, where they supervised and performed various activities in talent acquisition and training & development.

Ruby Heredia, SHRM-CP holds a Certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Additionally, they have obtained several additional certifications including Developing Your Emotional Intelligence and HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn in March 2019. Ruby also holds the Certified Professional designation from SHRM, obtained in July 2016. Moreover, they have earned a certification in Human Resources Management from UC Santa Cruz in March 2000.
