Alpha delivers Advanced Process Control (APC), optimization and AI solutions that unlock plant performance and ROI.

At Alpha, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge process control and optimization solutions that maximize the performance of industrial plants.

By leveraging closed-loop Model Predictive Control (MPC), Process Simulation, Near Rigorous Model (NRM) inferentials, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), we help clients achieve higher throughput, yield, and energy efficiency—without the need for new capital investment.

Since 2011, we have successfully executed 200+ APC and optimization projects for leading companies including Shell, Sabic, GS Caltex, Cepsa, Sonatrach, Unipetrol, MOH, and Hellenic Petroleum. Our solutions typically deliver a rapid ROI, often within just a few months.

Headquartered in Pisa, Italy, with offices and partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America, our mission is to enable clients to reach Operational Excellence by delivering projects to the highest quality standards.
