Richard Rabins

CEO and Co-Chairman at Alpha Software

Richard Rabins began their career in 1979 as a Consultant for Management Decision Systems, Inc. In 1997, they took on the role of CEO for Softquad. In 2005, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Alpha Software Corporation, where they created HTML5 web business applications. Richard also took on the role of Co-Chairman and developed Alpha Anywhere, which was Infoworld's mobile product of the year. In 2010, they joined O3B Networks as a Board Member.

Richard Rabins completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand between 1972 and 1975. Richard then went on to earn a Master of Science in Engineering and Control Theory from the same university in 1976 and 1977. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in Management, Engineering, and System Dynamics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1977 and 1979.
