Matt Schweitz

Matt Schweitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in web and mobile application development, product management, and engineering leadership. Currently, Schweitz serves as the Founding Partner at Bit Complete since April 2020, while simultaneously holding fractional CTO responsibilities at El Camino Travel and a Project Lead position at Alpha Studio. Schweitz has also been an advisor for Elfie, a mobile health application focusing on hypertension adherence. Previous roles include Engineering Director for Slack’s Developer Platform and Engineering Manager at YouTube, where key projects included enhancing frontend infrastructure and mobile applications. Schweitz's career began at Google Inc as a frontend software engineer, after earning a BA in English from Duke University and an MA in General Studies from the University of Chicago.
