Michael Masters

Michael Masters has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michael has worked as a Director of Supply Chain and Operations at Alpha Technologies starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Global Supply Chain Transformation Manager at Luxium Solutions from 2022 to 2023, where they led the development of processes and tools to improve efficiency in the manufacturing supply chain. From 2021 to 2022, Michael worked as a Sr Data Analytics Analyst at Sherwin-Williams, managing projects in Business Intelligence and analytics. Michael also worked at Avery Dennison as a Supply Chain Manager from 2020 to 2021, and as a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst - Systems Solutions & Analytics from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked at 3M as a Production Planning Process Lead from 2017 to 2018, and as a Supply Chain Planning Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Michael started their career as a Warehouse Supervisor at Carquest Auto Parts from 2010 to 2012. Michael also has military experience, serving as an Aviation Operations Specialist in the US Army from 2004 to 2010, with deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Michael Masters earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Economics from the University of Kentucky, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. Michael later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business Informatics at Northern Kentucky University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Michael received the CPIM certification from APICS in June 2014 and obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist certifications in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint from Microsoft in September 2011.
