Elena De

Elena De Cia is a Control Strategies and Support Model Manager at Aprilia Racing, where they have been employed since 2019. Previously, they served as a MotoGP Data Analyst and in Electronic Strategies Development with Team Suzuki MotoGP from 2017 to 2019. Elena began their career with Aprilia as a Racing Department Consultant from 2012 to 2015 while also preparing a Master Thesis on motorcycle trajectory optimization. They are currently a Math and Physics Professor at Alpha Test since 2013, and they hold a Master Degree in Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Padova.
