Brian Powell

Brian Powell is a geotechnical engineer who has been working in the field for over 25 years. Brian started their career at McBride-Ratcliffe & Associates in 1993, before moving to HBC Engineering and then Emcon. In 1998, they joined HBC / Terracon, where they worked for four years as a geotechnical engineer. Brian then became president of ALPHA TESTING, INC, where they have worked for the past 18 years.

Brian Powell has a MBA in Business Administration from The University of Dallas and a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
