Dave Huffman

Dave Huffman has over 25 years of work experience. In 1993, they began their career as a Salesperson at Southwestern Company. In 1996, they became a Staff Consultant at Computer Sciences Corporation. In 2000, they returned to Corporate Technology Partners as a Technology Consultant. In 2001, they became a Sales Engineer at Camstar Systems. In 2002, they were a Project Manager and Systems Developer at the Association of American Medical Colleges. In 2007, they co-founded Alpha Theory, a software company that builds a product instrumental in managing over $100B in institutional assets. Dave was the Lead Designer, Lead Developer, and Primary Architect of Alpha Theory's Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to provide scalable, secure, multi-tenant, high availability tool for Institutional Portfolio Management. Dave was also directly involved in pitching the company and idea in order to secure initial venture funding for start-up expenses.

Dave Huffman attended Ridgewood High School from 1987 to 1991. Dave then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed in 1995. Dave also holds a Sun Certified Java Programmer certification.
