John Ryan has had a varied and impressive career. John began their professional experience in 2012 as a Sales Intern at COTG - A Xerox Company, where they processed thousands of paper records and created presentations for sales staff. In 2013, they took on an IT Intern role at AbbVie. In 2014, they joined AbbVie again, this time as part of their Information Technology Development Program, where they led benefits verification optimization projects, co-led a data integration effort, and provided functional assistance on patient ecosystem projects. In 2016, John Ryan moved to Peloton Group as a Consultant and Implementation Analyst. Finally, in 2018, they joined Alpha Theory as Manager - Client Experience and Customer Success Associate.

John Ryan received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2014, majoring in Information Technology Management and minoring in Italian Studies. In addition, they have obtained three certifications from Oracle: Oracle Enterprise Performance Reporting 2016 Cloud Service Specialist (September 2016), Oracle Essbase 11 Certified Implementation Specialist (September 2016), and Oracle Planning and Budgeting 2015 Cloud Service Specialist (May 2016).
