Eric Record

Eric Record is an experienced AV/IPTV Engineer currently working at Alpha since July 2025, previously holding the position of Director of Engineering at Egads from October 2024 to July 2025. Prior to that, Eric served as a DS/IPTV Engineer at Alpha Video from December 2020 to October 2024 and was the Service & Logistics Manager at Gaming Support USA, Inc. from November 2006 to December 2020, focusing on products for casinos. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as a Technical Manager at Quest Entertainment from 2004 to 2006, coordinating installations and providing customer service support, and as Animation Display Systems Manager at Mikohn Gaming Corporation from 1989 to 2002. Eric holds education credentials from Sacramento City College and Valley High School in Las Vegas, NV.
