Patrick O'Neil

Patrick O'Neil has held a variety of roles in a variety of industries. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as a Server, Trainer, and SA Trainer at Texas Roadhouse, a Sales Representative at GNC, a Human Resources Specialist at the United States Department of the Navy, an MDP Intern at GEICO, and currently holds roles as a Sales Representative and Lead Recruiter at AlphaBrook. As Lead Recruiter, O'Neil is responsible for candidate outreach, conducting interviews, recommending candidates to hiring managers, and assisting with internal personnel functions. As a Human Resources Specialist with the USDoN, they gained experience in Staffing, Recruitment, Labor and Employee Relations, and Program Analysis. During their MDP Internship at GEICO, they shadowed the sales, service, and auto damage departments, and was offered MDP positions for both sales and auto damage upon completion.

Patrick O'Neil obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Lynchburg in 2017. From 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Physical Therapy degree at the same institution. Patrick then went on to Christopher Newport University from 2017 to 2020, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2021, they obtained a Human Resources Career Development Program certification from the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Data Analytics at Louisiana State University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
