In close cooperation with the IT community, we have been developing the largest and most successful recruitment consultancy for IT experts and software developers in the DACH region for 7 years. Our goal: The ultimate candidate experience.

alphacoders places IT experts and software developers in permanent positions with companies of all sizes and industries on an executive search basis. We fill all career levels from junior developer to Head of IT or CTO.

■ How we work 
First things first: we can't "carve" new developers either. But as IT experts, we know what is important to candidates when looking for a job and consistently apply this knowledge in our tech recruiting. Of course, our partners also benefit from this. 
⇨ We offer candidates real added value - not only because we are exclusively commissioned by our partners, but also because we are really in the subject - no matter which stack, regardless of the framework. 
⇨ There are enough time wasters: we don't send out CVs, we actively recruit and bring together candidates and companies that fit together - and not just professionally. 
⇨ We rely not only on tech expertise, but also on hard work: a team of 6 people is deployed for each search assignment and ensures that every lever is pulled to fill a position as quickly as possible.
