Marek has over 20 years of experience in semiconductor physics andTCAD tools, and radiation effects in a wide range of semiconductor technologies, devices and circuits. Marek was previously a Senior TCAD Applications Engineer at Silvaco Inc, and before that, the Director of Micro/Nano Electronics R&D at CFD Research Corporation. Marek has a deep understanding of semiconductor physics and the latest technologies, making him an expert in their field.
