Fook Leng Boon is a Deputy Operation Director with over 37 years of experience in electronic manufacturing and production. They have held various leadership roles in companies such as Jinkosolar Malaysia, AlphaESS, and Sony across multiple countries, focusing on Lean production design, Just In Time methodologies, and continuous process improvement. Fook Leng has contributed to significant projects, including the establishment of manufacturing operations in Vietnam and China. They earned a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Butterworth Institute Technology Penang and specialized in QC tools and the Toyota Production System through various training programs.
