Ryan Scott is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Fortidia US, where they lead training strategies for franchise brands like AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options. Previously, Ryan held various roles in Learning and Development and print operations, including positions at Outreach, Inc., RR Donnelley, and Cottrell Printing. Ryan began their career as a Banner Technician and developed their expertise in management and effective training program implementation over the years. They graduated from Poway High School in 2010.
